The project which was developed as a rational alternative to the settlements built on the geologically and economically unfeasible agricultural lands in the Adapazarı plain is planned on a rocky hill and its skirts in Serdivan. The Housing consists of 693 housing units in the form of apartment blocks, terrace houses, row houses and twin houses. The variety in the housing forms, has been partially dictated by the topographical conditions and further aims to meet the needs and expectations of different family types.
