The Mekisan Elevator Factory Administration Building which is located in Balçık Village, near Gebze Organized Industrial Region is a two story building constructed by R.C. skeleton and exposed brick exterior walls, in contrast to the main production plant which is built by industrial prefab systems. The entrance hall in the ground floor where the administrative and technical offices take place, opens to the 1st floor by a broad gallery opening, where the administration and meeting rooms take place. The workers entrance located at the back of the building leads to the dressing rooms and to the shower area which is connected to the main factory building in the front, by a window glazed gallery.
