Designed in 1926 as the Inspector’s Residence for Osmanlı Bank by the Italian architect Giulio Mongeri, the historical building in Ulus was restored to house the third but rather smaller scale SALT-Culture and Research Center of Garanti Bank in Ankara, after SALT Beyoğlu and SALT Galata in Istanbul. The realization of the design was carried out by A/Y MIMARLIK. In the two story building, spaces that host various art performances and research studies take place.
