The Ardeniz Housing settlement, which is located 10 kms to Tekirdağ consists of 55 dublex villas which are located on a site about 10 meters above the seashore. The planning in the form of row house clusters arranged in “V” shape, helps to provide an unobstructed sea view for each house, to separate the pedestrian and the motor traffic and also allows large green areas in front of the houses for common use.
